Katlyn Kosnik
Katlyn serves as Executive Assistant to Chirley Lima, bringing a strong background in marketing, organization, and client service to Chirley's real estate team. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Marketing with a concentration in Social and Digital Marketing from Kent State University in May 2025.
For more than a year, Katlyn has worked alongside Chirley, overseeing transaction coordination, social media strategy, marketing initiatives, and the day-to-day operations that help ensure every client receives a seamless experience. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and creative approach help support buyers and sellers from contract to closing while strengthening the team's marketing presence.
Before joining Chirley's team, Katlyn gained valuable experience as a Marketing Assistant for the Division of Student Life at Kent State University and as a Marketing Intern at Spangler Candy Company, home of the iconic Dum Dums® lollipops. These roles helped develop her expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, content creation, and communications.
Born and raised in Napoleon, Ohio, Katlyn is proud to call Northwest Ohio home. Her knowledge of the local communities, businesses, and neighborhoods makes her a valuable resource for both clients and the team.
